As the broker and founder of the company, I, Lori DeBartolo, take the time to personally research the neighborhood housing values on each home we purchase. I personally search and locate the lowest price home in an area of more expensive homes. I preview the home, write and negotiate the lowest price offer possible. The title company researches the chain of ownership, liens, etc., to ensure we have a clear title. The fixer uppers we buy are bought with certified funds. As the investor, you would make the certified check out to the title company 24 hours before the closing for the price of the house we purchase as well as the rehabilitation costs that I have established.
